I wrote and sang this song with my children's chorus "The International Peace Performers" to honor any and all impetus towards being a vehicle for peace. Whether your "Lord" is the inner light of your own awareness or another view on spiritual matters, the intention behind this song is to honor all attempts at being a channel for peace and a bearer of hope in the world today. This song was recorded by refugees from Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia, with their local American supporters. Ric Steel graciously donated his talents for this cause. Although this song is 13 years old, it is nonetheless pertinent to the never-ending cycle of war and injustice that continues in our world today. less

It's part of a full length musical I've written called The Mountain of Peace, which is being sponsored by The University of North Florida during their Peace Awareness Week, September 30th, in Jacksonville, FL.
